twenty thirteen.

January 1 always comes with new resolutions. A vow to go to the gym, lose that extra 10, 15, 20 lbs, to eat better, to say “yes” more, to write on that blog you started months ago…
This year, instead of placing all of these resolutions on myself that are usually thrown out the window by February, I want to focus more on things that I can accomplish that are actually obtainable. So here they are, feel free to hold me to them.

Run the NYC Marathon. Write on this blog. Run the LI Half Marathon. Do a 30-day yoga challenge. Stay present. Get involved with more play dates. 
Stay positive. Project love & support to those around me. Learn something new. Take a trip. Explore more creative outlets. Be Fearless.
